Matt Sassari X Sample Tools by Cr2 Vol.1

Any mention of ‘NFT’ in these terms refers to the components of the ‘Matt Sassari X Sample Tools by Cr2 Vol.1’ digital collectible.

1. Purchase of the Matt Sassari NFT grants a licence to the full use of the stems and one-shots in the songstarter construction kits for use in the creation of a live or recorded performance that includes the licensed samples as part of a derivative musical work created by the owner of the NFT. The stems and one-shots in the songstarter construction kits are 100% royalty free for the owner of the NFT.

2. Once ownership is transferred through secondary sales the right to use the samples is also transferred. Only the owner of the NFT is granted the licence to use them.

3. The stems and one-shots in the songstarter construction kits can be used in a commercial piece of musical work only if you are the owner of the NFT. Once ownership is transferred, any commercial piece of musical work that uses any of the samples from the sample pack must be taken down.

4. This licence expressly forbids resale, copy, duplication, rental, loan, gift or transfer of these samples in any format or via any medium other than the direct resale or transfer of the NFT.

5. It is not permitted to release the ‘full mixdown’ of any of the songstarter construction kits in any way or format. The full mixdown is exclusively for personal use by the owner of the NFT, and cannot be released publicly in any way or format.

6. It is not permitted to directly associate Matt Sassari with any musical works created that use any of the samples in this product. It is not permitted to list Matt Sassari as a producer, collaborator, writer, or include Matt Sassari in the credits of any musical work created using the samples in this product. It is, however, permitted to mention that samples have been used from the Matt Sassari NFT Sample Pack as part of a description or caption, but not in the title or the credits.

7. The Matt Sassari unreleased promo track is only for personal use by the owner of the NFT. This licence expressly forbids the public release of the unreleased promo track in any way or format.

8. ‘The Matt Sassari x Sample Tools by Cr2’ Oversized T-shirts will be ordered and shipped after sellout. This merchandise delivery will only be honoured to NFT owners from the eligible tiers of ‘Gold’ and ‘Platinum’. Size and/or shipping address will need to be provided by the buyer / current owner of the NFT. Instructions on how to do so will be available after purchase.

9. The ‘Signed Bespoke Gold Disk’ can only be shipped within the EU/UK.

10. The date, time and location of the event to which the buyer of the ‘Platinum’ version of the NFT will receive a guest list spot is subject to Matt Sassari’s touring schedule and the buyer's location. Correspondence of coordinating the guest list spot is to take place via email with xxxxxx

11. The following utility is only available for first-time buyers upon mint and do not apply to secondary sales:

• Mastering & Feedback service by Sample Tools by Cr2

12. Neither Matt Sassari, nor Sample Tools by Cr2, can be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequential loss arising from the purchase and use of this product in whatever form. Any unlicensed usage will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible by law.
